Julie Wakefield was the guest speaker at the monthly meeting of the Young Professionals of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Her presentation included the importance of business etiquette in relation to attracting and retaining customers, five important business etiquette tips including tips on business entertaining, personal image, and how to build relationships, as well as an open discussion of business etiquette with the group members.
